Our organization appreciates the opportunity for your consideration
regarding current and future projects for your interior plantings. Plant Friends has been serving the Valley for the past
28 years. We take pride in the interior plantscapes that we create. Over the past couple of years we were honored to be ranked
in the top ten plant companies in Arizona. We provide plants from tabletop to large specimen trees of all varieties. Our horticultural
services consist of a weekly program for maintaining the health and appearance of the installed plantings. Uniformed, trained
horticultural service technicians shall carry out this program. Plant Friends guarantees free replacement on all of the plants
we provide and service weekly. We also clean the pot’s exterior and keep the moss on top looking fresh. We fertilize
the plants monthly, and if any plant fails in health, it is replaced immediately with a new plant from the greenhouse. Our
plants are acclimated in our own greenhouse, which keeps them ready for immediate installation.
Plant Friends shall furnish all plants, planters, materials,
tools, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work described in this proposal. We offer a fine selection of plant
containers that will enhance your interior design. We offer a lease service or a purchase program for business locations,
and purchase program only for homes. We use the same plants and containers for whichever program you choose. Our lease program
agreement is for one year. Our horticultural service is a guaranteed program for however long you would like.
Plants are very important in the interior environment where
